Q: WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT MOONLIGHT BEAUTY PRODUCTS VERSUS CHEMICAL SKINCARE OR BOTOX?
A: Botox is costly, it wears off, it can lead to the inability to show expression and it makes you under sell yourself.
Chemical based skincare can have toxic ingredients which can cause premature aging.
Use natural beauty products to keep your skin healthy and radiant(your natural beauty products must have atleast 95% natural ingredients to be considered natural).
Moonlight Beauty products are natural beauty products that are ethically sourced and renowned for their benefits. Moonlight Beauty's vision is to be a 1-stop brand for natural beauty products that have stood test of time from around the world. The world is full of beautiful women with 'beauty secrets' and we at Moonlight Beauty try to bring you products that will make you glow inside out.
Q: WHAT CURRENCY IS THE PRICING IN?
A: The pricing of the products is in US dollars.
We have made the pricing very reasonable because we do not believe in skin care products that costs $60-100 per oz because skin care is a long term investment.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?
A: Currently we accept Paypal which accepts your credit cards as well.
Q: WHAT IS MOONLIGHT BEAUTY'S POSITION ON ANIMAL TESTING?
A: Moonlight Beauty does not test our products on animals. We are committed to the elimination of animal testing so while we source our products from around the world we do not work with any company who tests on animals.
Q: HOW MUCH GOES TOWARDS CHARITABLE DONATION?
A: $1 from every product(excluding sea sponges/brushes) sold goes to the chosen charity of that period. The first charity we have chosen is the UNICEF because it empowers every child with the basics of life.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
A: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: WHICH SHIPPING COURIER DOES MOONLIGHT BEAUTY USE?
A: We ship using Canada Post.
Q:HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Your order is processed and shipped within 2-3 business days . Please give the shipping process additional 5-21 business days depending on the delivery country. If you do not receive your product within 24 business days please contact us so we can track your shipment.
Q:I WANT A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?
A: Our stock is limited because we are an indie brand so products will sell out fast. If you are interested in buying a product that 'sold out' please follow us on Instagram and sign up for newsletter for restock updates.
Q: WHAT IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We make every effort to pack the products securely using "crush proof" mailing boxes. If a product is damaged at arrival please fill out the 'Contact Us' form immediately, send us the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
A: Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, as these are health and personal care items.
However, Moonlight Beauty would like you to be satisfied with your purchase if you are not please do contact us with feedback.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.
To complete your return, we require an e- receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 75 inverkip ave Ottawa Ontario CA K1t4b8. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
